University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Mardan has announced advertisement No. 15/2026 inviting online applications from suitable candidates for the regular post of Deputy Director Finance (BPS-18) under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Contributory Provident Fund Rules-2022.
Eligible candidates possessing a First Division Bachelor's Degree (16 years education) in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration (Finance) or CA, along with 07 years of relevant experience, can apply online through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) portal starting 2nd October 2026.

Terms & Conditions for ETEA Test
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the provided credentials. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the Appointing Authority.
- Candidates must create a profile on ETEA website (www.etea.edu.pk), print the E-Sahulat token, and verify CNIC at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise.
- Deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee through OneLink using the generated token number.
- Candidates are NOT required to send any physical documents or testimonials to the ETEA Office after online submission.
- Roll No. slips will be available on the ETEA portal, and candidates will be informed through SMS. No separate call letter will be issued by post.
Procedure for Candidates After ETEA Test
Steps after Qualifying ETEA Test:
- Candidates whose details are received from ETEA after qualifying the test shall submit application forms (available on UET Mardan website: www.uetmardan.edu.pk).
- Attach attested photocopies of educational testimonials (Degrees/Certificates, Transcripts/DMCs), Experience Certificates, Copy of CNIC, Domicile, one recent passport-size photograph along with processing fee of Rs. 2,000/- deposited in University Account titled "Miscellaneous Fund UETM" Branch Code 0179, Account No. 003001254859 (Bank of Khyber).
- Submit the complete hardcopy dossier to the Office of the Registrar, UET Mardan within 15 days of result intimation.

No, candidates do not need to send any documents or testimonials to ETEA. Hard copies with Rs. 2000 university fee are submitted to UET Mardan Registrar office only after qualifying the ETEA test.
