Terms & Conditions
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on credentials provided. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the Selection Board / Selection Committee of DGSWC-KP.
- All candidates must create a profile on ETEA's website. After profile creation, candidates must print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA website and verify CNIC No. at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/kiosk.
- Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of eligibility criteria.
- Interview call letters will be issued to eligible shortlisted candidates only.
- Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Govt. Rules.
- Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
How to Apply Step-by-Step
Online Application Process via ETEA:
- Visit the official ETEA portal at www.etea.edu.pk and fill in the online application form.
- After successful submission, print the prescribed online deposit slip containing token number, project code, and candidate details.
- Deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) via Easypaisa app/agent or at any branch of UBL Bank.
- Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) bearing bank stamp safely. Do not send hard copies of documents to ETEA office at this stage.
- Roll No. Slips will be downloaded from www.etea.edu.pk after notification via SMS.
