Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO), a public sector utility company under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Assistant Manager (Finance), Assistant Manager (Transmission & Planning), and Assistant Manager (Demand Forecasting) in its Market Implementation and Regulatory Affairs Department in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
These positions are purely on a contract basis on a lump sum pay package. The offered base salary range is Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 100,000 per month. Online registration on the official ETEA portal (www.etea.edu.pk) starts on 15th October, 2026 and closes on 10th November, 2026.

Terms & Conditions
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on credentials provided. Scrutiny will be conducted before final appointment.
- All candidates must create a profile on ETEA's website and verify their CNIC through NADRA E-Sahulat kiosk before applying.
- Service is purely on contract on lump sum pay package basis with no regularization in future.
- General Age relaxation has already been included in age mentioned above. No further relaxation allowed except scheduled castes & Buddhists (3 years) and Govt servants with 2 years continuous service (10 years).
- Candidates if selected will be required to perform duty anywhere under the jurisdiction of PESCO.
- Original documents must be presented at the time of interview.
- Candidates working in Govt / Semi-Govt bodies should apply through proper channel with NOC.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
- Foreign degree holders must produce HEC equivalence certificates.
