Outline of Main Duties & Key Competencies
- Identify and acquire new SME clients to grow the Bank's SME lending portfolio.
- Develop and execute client acquisition strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
- Promote working capital, trade finance, and term loans.
- Analyze financial statements, creditworthiness, and business models of SME clients.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and meet assigned targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and strong understanding of Credit Lending & SME Financing.
