National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), under Regulation 9, 10 and 11 of NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations 2002, is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals for the post of Head of Internal Audit at Headquarters in Islamabad, Pakistan.

• Chartered Accountant (ICAP / ICAEW) / ACCA / ACMA or Master's Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field from an HEC-recognized university. • Note: Degrees must be attested by HEC. |
• Role Purpose: Lead NADRA's Internal Audit function by providing independent and objective assurance on governance, risk management, internal controls, compliance, and operational effectiveness. • Professional Experience: Min 15 years progressive experience in internal audit, risk management, governance, compliance or financial controls, with at least 5 years in a Senior Internal Audit Leadership position. • Proven experience in leading and managing internal audit functions in large public-sector, corporate, financial or technology-driven organizations. • Internal Audit certifications like CISA, CIA or equivalent will be preferred. • Key Responsibilities: Develop & execute risk-based annual audit plans; lead financial, operational, IT, forensic, performance and compliance audits; verify compliance with PPRA rules and internal SOPs; report to Management and Audit Committee. |
Terms & Conditions
- Selected candidate will undergo a 6 months' probation period, extendable subject to performance.
- Management reserves the right to withhold/cancel recruitment process, and accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
- Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided at any stage.
- Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.
- 5 years general age relaxation is already included in the above age limit.
- Attested educational documents from HEC / respective regulatory body must be provided at the time of joining.
- Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates. No TA/DA will be admissible.
