• Qualifications: Master's or Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized institution / university. • Experience: Minimum five (05) years of relevant experience in a secretarial role, preferably as Secretary to a Board of Governors, Board of Directors, Executive Office, or a comparable position in a reputable organization. • Candidates with experience in autonomous bodies, public sector organizations, regulatory authorities, or companies registered with a government regulatory authority will be preferred. • Other: Must possess excellent drafting, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and have a good knowledge of MTI Act 2015 (amended till date) and Policy Board Regulations. |
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Board of Governors (BoG), including coordinating Board meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, managing Board communications and documentation, facilitating liaison with stakeholders, monitoring follow-up actions, and performing other assignments as directed by the Chairman and Members of the Board. |
