Experience: o Minimum 20 years of progressive professional experience in Human Resources, including at least 05–07 years in senior management and leadership positions, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading and managing HR functions within large, complex, corporate, or multi-site organizations. o Strong experience in HR compliance, governance, risk management, and advising the Board and senior management on strategic HR matters. o Must be well-versed in applicable HR policies, employment regulations, and labour laws. Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and stakeholder management skills will be an added advantage. Age Limit: Up to 55 years. (Relaxable for outstanding candidates). |

Qualification: Graduation / Intermediate from recognized institution. Experience: Minimum 03 years' for Graduate, 10 - 15 years for Intermediate candidates having experience of procurement in reputable Govt organization/SOE will be preferred. Must have good communication skills and proficient in MS Office / ERP. Age Limit: Up to 55 years. |
