Positions are open for Deputy General Manager (Supply Chain Management) and Managers in Contracts, Project Planning & Scheduling, Proposals & Estimation, and Sales & Marketing. The offered base salary range is Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 100,000+ per month depending on qualification and experience.

• Minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience in Heavy Engineering, Fabrication, Manufacturing, EPC, Industrial Projects, or Project Planning & Controls. • Experience in Primavera P6, project scheduling, fabrication planning, production control, resource planning, and progress monitoring preferred. • Strong knowledge of WBS, baseline development, critical path analysis, resource-loaded scheduling, S-curves, histograms, and delay analysis. |

• Minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience in technical and commercial proposal preparation, cost estimation, tender evaluation, pricing, BOQ analysis, and commercial negotiations. • Strong understanding of project costing, estimation methodologies, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis. • Sound knowledge of engineering drawings, specifications, material take-offs, fabrication/manufacturing processes. • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and analytical estimation tools. |
