Eligibility & Criteria Breakdown
- Target Applicants: Ex-servicemen retired Armed Forces JCOs holding the rank of Hon. Sub. Major / Subedar or equivalent.
- Educational Qualifications: Secondary School Certificate (Matric) with minimum "C" Grade / 2nd Division or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/University.
- Experience & Preference: Candidates possessing Intelligence qualification and having 2 to 3 years of field or staff security duty experience will be given preference.
- Age Limit: 50 years max for Subedar and 52 years max for Subedar Major. No further age relaxation is permissible.
- Medical Fitness: Candidates must be medically and physically "Fit".
General Conditions & Instructions
- Appointments are made on a regular basis, with an initial probation period of 01 year.
- Only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
- No further age relaxation is allowed in the prescribed age limit. Age will be calculated as of the last date of receipt of applications.
- Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.
- Candidates weeded out of service on disciplinary grounds or dismissed/debarred from future employment are not eligible to apply.
- Incomplete/incorrect applications or those received after the deadline will be rejected. Any bogus documents found at any stage will result in service termination.
- Project allowance shall be admissible only upon posting at Projects.
- WAPDA reserves the right to withhold/cancel the recruitment process or alter the number of posts at any stage without assigning reasons.
