- Deposit the non-refundable application fee in any branch of Bank of Khyber in University Account Title "Miscellaneous Fund UETM" Branch Code 0179, Account No. 003001354859:
- Rs. 10,000/- for S.No. 1 & 2 (Treasurer & Associate Professor)
- Rs. 5,000/- for S.No. 3 (Assistant Professor Regular)
- Rs. 4,000/- for S.No. 4 (Assistant Professor Contract)
- Attach attested copies of educational testimonials (degrees/certificates, transcripts/DMCs), experience certificates, CNIC, domicile, 1 recent photograph, and original fee receipt.
- For Associate Professor posts, submit 3 sets of research papers in HEC recognized journals and 3 copies of the list of research publications.
- Submit the complete application packet to the Office of the Registrar, UET Mardan on or before October 12, 2026.
- No TA/DA is admissible for demonstration or interview.
