• Member of recognized body of professional accountants / corporate or chartered secretaries, or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or Law from an HEC recognized university. • Min 10 years relevant experience for Master's degree holders. Experience in corporate governance, legal affairs, and State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) preferred. |
| 2 | Procurement Specialist | 1 | Manages and oversees overall procurement functions ensuring compliance with ADB Procurement Regulations, SPP Rules, and Public Procurement Rules. |
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Management, or relevant field. • Min 10 years experience in procurement / contract administration in infrastructure/transportation projects funded by ADB/World Bank. • Min 12 years general experience & 10 years specific experience in similar projects. Excellent English communication skills. |

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Project Management / or related field with Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized university. • At least 10 years relevant experience, including 5 years as construction manager. Min 3 years experience in similar urban transit sector desirable. |

• First Class Master's degree preferably in Public / HR / Business Administration / IR. • Min 10 years experience in relevant field, preferably in a responsible position equivalent to basic pay scale 17 and above in Govt/Semi-Govt/Public Sector org. • Experience in urban infrastructure and draft HR manuals preferred. |
| 5 | Assistant Manager Procurement | 1 | Supports procurement functions ensuring compliance with ADB, SPPRA, and Public Procurement rules and regulations. |
• Min Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline from HEC recognized university. • At least 5 years relevant post-qualification experience in donor-funded procurement (preferably ADB / World Bank). Min 2 years experience with ADB/WB procurement system. |

• Master's degree in Environmental Science or relevant discipline from HEC recognized university (or PEC recognized B.Sc). • At least 7 years post-qualification relevant experience, with min 3 years experience in a similar role. |
