As announced in the Daily Jang Newspaper on September 25, 2026, the Project Management and Implementation Unit (PMIU), Strengthening Social Protection Delivery System in Sindh under the Sindh Social Protection Authority (SSPA), Social Protection Department, Government of Sindh invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for individual consultancy services on a contractual basis (Credit No. IDA/7229-PK).

• At least 04 years of hands-on experience as a Software Developer in large software infrastructure setups. • Experience in preparing rapid architecture design, Web Systems Development (PHP, .NET, SDLC, Web Services, SQL Scripting, SCRUM/Waterfall models). • Strong analytical and communication skills, UML modeling, documentation, and system life cycle development. |
