Eligibility & Criteria Breakdown
- Qualification Requirements: Master's/Bachelor's degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Economics, Law, Mathematics, Finance, Business Studies, or any other relevant background from an HEC-recognized institution. Candidates holding a CFA qualification will be preferred, particularly those with research and analytical skills related to insurance, NBFC, and securities markets.
- Experience Requirements: Candidates must demonstrate at least 15 years of progressively responsible post-qualification relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the insurance, NBFC, and securities markets.
- Age Limit: The maximum age should not exceed 50 years as of the closing date of application submission.
- Nature & Duration of Employment: Appointment will be made on a contractual basis for a term of three (3) years, extendable based on organizational need and performance. The Commission may consider regularization of the position after completion of three (3) years, subject to fulfillment of prescribed criteria.
