• Shahadat-ul-Aalamiyyah degree (Darse-Nizami) from recognized Board of Madaris + Bachelor's degree recognized by HEC with min 2nd Class together with 4 years' experience of issuing Shariah rulings in Fiqh-ul-Muamulat (including Takhasus fil Ifta) and knowledge of Islamic finance & Takaful / Re-Takaful. OR Post-Graduate degree in Islamic Jurisprudence / Usooluddin L.L.M (Shariah) and suitable certificate of Takaful. |
Min 7 years experience as Shariah Advisor in Takaful industry. Proficiency in English and knowledge of Pakistani laws essential. Preference for teaching experience in Islamic finance or M.Phil / Ph.D. in Islamic Finance. |
• Expert advice on Re-Takaful policies and services. • Ensure Re-Takaful operations, investments, and agreements adhere to Shariah principles and SECP guidelines. • Assist in policy formulation & provide training to company officers. • Fulfill duties outlined in Takaful Rules 2012. |

- Selection Merit: Selection will be on merit basis in accordance with criteria prescribed in advertisement and Takaful Rules 2012.
- Contract Tenure: Appointment initially for 2 years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and Board approval.
- Public Sector Employees: Applicants working in the public sector are required to produce NOC at the time of interview.
- TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
- Travel Requirement: Role may require travel within or outside Pakistan, subject to CEO approval.
