As published in Daily Dawn Newspaper on September 25, 2026, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Foundation (KPHF) an autonomous organization of the Health Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites online applications via ETEA from eligible candidates domiciled in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for appointment to the position of Director Procurement.
Online registration opens on October 1st, 2026, and candidates can submit their applications online through the official ETEA portal on or before October 15th, 2026.

• Qualification: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Finance from an HEC-recognized local or international university. • Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible professional experience in procurement and supply chain management, including at least 05 years of independently managing procurement activities for health sector projects, hospitals, or public sector organizations. • Certification in the relevant field will be preferred. • Comprehensive knowledge of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPPRA) Act, Rules, and Regulations, contract management, tendering processes, and hands-on experience with ERP-based procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent is mandatory. • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in procurement and contract management under Public Private Partnership (PPP) health sector projects or hospital outsourcing. |
How to Apply Online Step-by-Step & Guidelines
- Visit the official Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) portal at www.etea.edu.pk. Online applications will be available starting 1st October, 2026.
- Create your profile on ETEA's website. Before applying, verify your CNIC Number at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Applications cannot be submitted without CNIC verification.
- After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (containing token number, project code, and candidate details) will be generated.
- Print the deposit slip and pay the non-refundable test fee through OneLink. Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) bearing the bank stamp safely. Do not send physical documents to ETEA office initially.
- Candidates qualifying the ETEA screening test will be required to submit attested copies of educational degrees, DMCs, experience certificates, domicile, and CNIC to KPHF for scrutiny at a later stage.
- In-service candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies must apply through proper departmental channel.
- The last date for online application submission is 15th October, 2026. Candidates will be informed via SMS regarding test dates and Roll No slips.
