- Domicile Requirement: Applicants must possess a Domicile and PRC of Sindh Province (Larkana Region).
- Govt Servants: Candidates already serving in Government departments must apply through proper channel.
- Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation will be allowed as per Government of Sindh policy rules.
- Reserved Quotas: Quotas for Women, Disabled Persons, Minorities, and Transgender persons as well as Urban/Rural quotas will be strictly maintained as per Government policy.
