Responsibilities of Deputy Legal Advisor (MP-II)
- Assist the Legal Advisor in performance of all his/her duties.
- Undertake functions assigned including preparation of documents and issuing legal opinions on different cases.
- Represent the Establishment Division as Departmental Representative in various Courts.
General Eligibility & Terms
- The post will be filled strictly on a merit basis.
- Initial contract period is 03 years, extendable for up to 02 years based on annual performance evaluation.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
- Establishment Division reserves the right to reject any or all candidates without assigning any reason.
