- Eligible Districts: Only domicile holders of Swat, Buner, Shangla, Malakand, Dir Lower, Dir Upper, Chitral Lower, and Chitral Upper are eligible to apply.
- ETEA Screening: All candidates will be initially allowed to sit for the ETEA screening test on a provisional basis.
- Separate Applications: Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate application forms and fee deposits.
- Original Documents: Shortlisted candidates must present original academic and experience certificates at the time of interview.
- TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid for test or interview.
- Government Employees: Servants of government/semi-government institutes must apply through proper channel.

- Create or log into your profile. Verify your CNIC via Nadra e-Sahulat Kiosk before paying the fee token.
- Fill out the online application form for the desired position accurately.
- After successful submission, print the generated Fee Deposit Slip containing your unique project token number.
- Pay the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) at any EasyPaisa app/agent, JazzCash, UBL Omni, or UBL Bank branch using the deposit slip.
- Keep the original paid deposit slip safely with you. Do not send any physical documents or postal mail to ETEA or the department office.
