- Institutional Based Practice (IBP): Mandatory for Clinical Chairpersons with applicable incentives and privileges.
- Equivalency Certificate: Candidates must provide valid PM&DC / HEC equivalency certificates along with the application.
- Experience & Research: Only post-qualification relevant experience and documented research evidence will be considered for evaluation.
- Civil Servants / Govt Employees: Must apply through proper channel with NOC from the parent department. Resignation is required upon selection.
